Hi. I'm new 2 all this overclocking lark and I would be greatful for some help altering fsb multiplyers. I cant find anything relating to fsb in my bios.
Im running a 1gig t-bird on soltek kav75.
Any ideas???
ps. please dont laugh 2 hard if its an incredibly stupid question :D
try too look your book
or you can find in your mobo is it has aswitch too change the fsb

what your chipset of your mobo

First of all, welcome to the forums Symbiant. You may also want to post this in AMD Motherboards as this seems to be related to that also.
To answer your question, information from the US Distributor of Soltek motherboards says that you can adjust the FSB from the BIOS in 1Mhz increments. You may need the latest BIOS which you can get from this site: http://www.amdmb.com/files.php. I couldn't connect to http://www.soltek.com.tw but that's the motherboard manufactuer's homepage.

Wow I am new to this! What exactly does that phrase mean?
As far as I can tell you spit a loogey at your computer because the site was down;)

just get the Bios update and then you are able to change FSB setings my friend had the same problem with Soltek but bios update will get you far
