Ok just for example.
I do a video stress test on CS:Source and it comes back 140Fps average.Which is Very good, but when i play the game my fps averages out on all maps around 50Fps.. Why ?
I have the latest Chaintech driver installed.

Possibly Being Something to do With How many peeps in server if playing online?

Theres Days when my FPS drop on same server i always play depending on how many peeps, and How much is going on.

Also, Make sure Vsync is off. Dont know why there would be a difference like this if it were already off, But never hurts to check. Also, Check and see If your Fastwrites is turned off also.
