I know this has been asked many, many times. I have also searched, but continually find conflicting reports on different products.

I would like to get my 3.4E s478 to 4.2. I am running currently running a Thermaltake Silent Tower with two 120cfm fans at 3.8. My temps are 48C idle and can go up to 64C load.

I would like to get a kit that is easy to install and cost no more than $200.

Look here for H2O custom case $199 (http://www.frozencpu.com/cas-190.html) you will still need a water block for that CPU.I like the Danger Dens (http://www.dangerdenstore.com/product.php?productid=33&cat=20&page=1) .Others have found good luck in the Swiftech (http://www.frozencpu.com/ex-blc-83.html) .It is easier to buy pre modded if you want EASY.If you like a challenge then custom build you're own system.Parts can be found here. (http://www.dangerdenstore.com/home.php?cat=2) Good luck in you're decision.

The problem when ppl think of going watercooling is asking such question: would i get that certain speed with watercooling?

The answer is always: WE DONT KNOW...

But what we do know is with watercooling you will have lower temp, and quiter as well. IF your CPU is limited by cooling then yes you may gain higher speed with watercooling.

For newb, i highly recommend swiftech kit. Many successful stories about this kit

Have fun

I personally feel the new Corsair Cool kit is a great deal. It includes most everything that is in the rev3 kits plus a radbox for about the same price.

Here (http://www.markonecomputers.com/product.asp?pf_id=Corsair_Cool_001#des) is a link to it (I see is out of stock right now) and think it is the most bang for the buck.

That case at FrozenCPU is 199 for just the case. You still have to pay for all the stuff that goes in it!!!

No not really it has rubber suction cup feet that come with the pump. You don't have to stick them to you're case but use them to absorb vibration.

MassRaptorAt least with the Hydor L30I there is a annoying rattle that will happen, not always at first, mine took 2 months before it started rattling. However I do not think it does anything to the pump harmful.

No rattle here mate been running 24/7 since December.Maybe too much head pressure could cause rattle or if the pump cavitates by not getting enough input.I only run 1/2" tygon on everything.

Normaly i used the Danner MAg drive pond pumps but they are big and bulky.
Use 120volts ac.

My first water pump was what i ordered from Overclockershideout.com. They no longer exist. But it is a 12v pump mag drive that works to this day 3yrs. .Taken apart once for a cleaning.I also have an original CPUFX maze water block (3 to be exact).Had two on a Dual AMD MP board and one on my old P4 3.5 533 845chipset .Boy they were heat makers.
