Ok my GPU block should be here Friday, so I have a few questions. How muh would it raise my CPU temps if I were to have the GPU block first. The reason I ask is I believe it would be harder to do the GPU block second. Right now MBM5 shows my temps being 32C idle and 38 to 40C load(take that for what it's worth).

it shouldnt raise it too much, if at all. There shouldnt be a difference between Pump -> Radiator -> CPU -> GPU ->Pump, or however you have it, if you just swap the CPU and GPU positions. As long as the total heat going to the radiator is the same, its probably fine.
Might see a degree or two rise at load. In a fast flowing closed loop, it probably won't even be noticable.

yea cause right now my set up goes pump 1> pump 2> rad> CPU> back to pump 1. After installing it will go pump 1> pump 2> rad> GPU> CPU> back to pump 1.

yeah, it shouldnt make a difference between these two setups:
pump 1 -> pump 2 -> rad -> cpu -> gpu -> pump 1
pump 1 -> pump 2 -> rad -> gpu -> cpu -> pump 1
should be almost exactly the same, maybe a fraction of a degree change at most. just do whichever is easiest and would give you the most flow and least tubing.

Seperate loop it. :)
