i need memory

I want to buy memory. Can anyone tell me if this module corsair TWINX XMS4000 can really work at 250 MHz?
Should I prefer corsair XMS3200XL or Kingston HyperX KHX3200UL
with the new Samsung chip ? have anyone test them at 250 Mhz? I don’t want to buy them if they don’t, even if they have low latency.
I mention 250 cause I want to see it finally to work with 1000 bus.
I have p4c800e-d and 2,8 c .
My memory now is 2x256 kingston value ram cl3 and I want to upgrade at 2x512 . I have oracle9i on my pc with win 2003.

welcome to the forums.. yes if corsair sells it as pc4000, then u should be able to run at those speeds. however remember that other things need to be able to run that fast in ur system in order to achieve 250 fsb 1-1. these include mb and cpu..

thank u for your wellcome. my mb is asus p4c800e-deluxe , cpu p4 2,8c rev D1 , ram 2x256 pc3200 kingston valueram cl3. this is a pic from my pc. it is not 1:1. i set ram at 266 . i want my fsb to be 1000MHz with 1:1 :D . what should i do?
