Can Someone please help me I am trying to find out how the best way is to overclock an amd k62-475, I read the basics and still somewhat confused.. PLEASE HELP!!!!

Also when booting P.C. system esources are @ 95% but when I log onto the net it goes down to like 75% is there a Reason for such loss in resources I mean I do have a k6-475 with 128 mb ram so if anyone knows about this it would be great as well!!!

well... roughly you adjust you're FSB and clockmultiplier to get some more juice out of you're system. uping the FSB will OC not only you're CPU, but allso the RAM and PCI / AGP cards... increasing the clockmultiplier will OC only the CPU. There are different ways to do this. The easiest way is if you can adjust these settings in BIOS, but some ppl don't have this option and will have to do adjustments on their mobo. You should get some info on you're mobo, and find out how to increase the above mentioned settings.
The MOST important thing to remember when OCing are you're TEMPS! Make sure you're CPU never exceeds 50C under full load, and you will be home free. Use a program such as motherboard monitor to check you're temps. If you have just a regular crappy HS(F), you should get a new one before attempting to OC. Glaciator, GlobalWIN etc are good coolers.
