i overclocked many chips already...
but not celerons,

i am planning to buy a celeron 800,
im gonna OC it to 1000+ mhz (i forgot the speed :))

will it be worth replacing my p3 450mhz with it?
i OCed my 450 to 600...

but im thinking that celeron will be faster if i run it in 133mhz..

guys, need opinions or... FACTS :)

btw: i wanna know if i will find accelerations on my games and other things...

(or is it better buying p3 1000mhz?)

well, a P/// 1Ghz is more stronger than a Cellie 800@1.066Mhz, for the double cache, but is cheaper and outperform your P/// 450@600, so all depends by your budget :)

P.S. you can consider also a Celeron2 900, for sure a cD0!

its all about what you need the machine for. if you want a cheap fun gaming machine then the celeron is your best bet. i need my computer to be stable so i will be in effect no longer overclocking for awhile. I ordered a p3 1ghz. I need the stability. When I get a next machine I'm going to go back and crank this one up though. cdo stepping all the way!!!
