can i use power user option in riva tuner and prevent the fans from running at full speed when i open my pc

What do you mean by "when you open your PC?"
Certain cards can throttle fan speed based on the current Clockspeed Profile (2D/3D) or by temperature. You can experiment and see what works - Rivatuner won't cause any permanent damage. :thup:

i mean when i start up my pc,, the bfg card fans(two of them) runs at full speed till i get into windows.

not stop running,, i need them just to run as they do in windows,,
also because i restart the pc alot so every time i do they run as hell then back to normal when windows bootup.

only thing i can say is maybe a bios mod but Rivatuner cant do anything for your card while its booting up I dont think anyway

yea they do that. mine do that too. the blue leds on the fans are bright too, then when you get into windows the lights dim. i wish they ran at that speed all the time!! :temper:
