I dunno how well they work, but the koolance is cheaper albeit butt ugly IMO

im betting the design of the DD one will have much more cooling potential but will be much more limited to the amount of cards it can be attached to . just my guess

You'd be surpised. Id go for the koolance. I know 100% for a fact that the DD block blows and has recieved considerable scrutiny from the pro-cooling guys.
Basically it cant be worse that the DD and its cheaper

my coment was based purely on design not on thier manufacture quality which does have a considerable impact so ill leave it up to those that have actual experiance with those 2 blocks
#1, the koolance block is aluminum, al + cu = bad
#2, cooling the RAM with a VGA block really isnt necessary IMO - just get 2 DD Maze4 blocks w/ the new acetal top, and some BGA ramsinks, and you'll save alot of cash, plus get better results in the end

yep what ^^^ said is spot on
cooling memory means less flow ....when it's not really needed ....just like chipset blocks.

For SLI the DangerDen Maze4 GPU Acetal top would be tops on my list. Low resistance good mounting of barbs making tube routing much easer and good performance.
Also, the Koolance uses 1/4" tubing. Could it even be upgraded to 1/2" to match the rest of a system?

Nope. It would be almost pointless.

For SLI, take a look at the new low profile Acetal Maze4 GPU blocks. They'll give you a little more room to play with and they're the same price as the regular ones.

I agree, go with the DangerDen Maze4 GPU Acetal top
