I think I read that it has 256MB RAM on it, but can't find any info to verify. That is Needed Feature #1 for me. Anybody know?

Last I checked it had 128MB. I had a client who needed a PVR system so I spec'd it with a 5200 for half the price! Neither card will deliver acceptable gaming performance, and the 5200 version is identical PVR/TV wise so why spend the extra money?
If you really want a good all in one, get an ATI. This is one area nVidia has fallen behind and is inferior in by a big margin. A 9800 AIW or greater will spank any GeforceFX chipset and are widely available. Or you can do what I'm doing and run a 6600GT and a ATI TV Wonder Pro add in card and get the same functionality without the comprimise of an all in one.

You're right it is 128. So I guess it's out.

Why do you want it to have 256MB of RAM? Usually when a card has 256MB instead of 128MB, the RAM is slower. This is not always the case, but usually is.

I was thinking the more RAM the longer it would be before the card was obsolete.
