Problem with A8V and Radeon 9550...

Installing Radeon 9550 on Asus A8V mobo. According to the Asus manual, only 1.5v cards will work; however the AGP slot is not keyed for 1.5. It's 3.3 and so is my card.

Does anyone have this configuration and can shed some light on things?

I installed my Saphire 9550 on my Epox 1.5v AGP slot and it works fine. These cards are universal(4x/8x) AGP i believe.
