I am currently running Win98 on my computer and plan on upgrading to Win2kpro. If I do a clean install will I need to re-install all my other programs or will it work around them? Will I also loose any of my other files? Thanx:)

Does'nt a clean install refer to a formated drive?, which in this case you will loose ALL files. If you upgrade Win98 to 2000 compatible programs will work, and others may require installing again or new drivers..
I would choose a format and install the OS on a fresh/clean HD

Thanx....that helps a lot... With a clean install my computer will run a little smoother as I don't have any of the left-over files from Win98....correct...?

Then you would have to install the "full" version not the "upgrade", if you were to clean install, right?

Actually no. You can use the upgrade version. Just format your drives and install it. As part of the install it will ask for your Win98 disk to verify that you own another version. Then it will go ahead and install. At least this is how it worked for me. :)
