W2K, OEM or retail?

Ok, I think I'm ready to buy W2kpro.

What's the difference between the retail and OEM, besides about 50 bucks?

packaging mainly, and as you already said price.

My advise would be go oem, or as in you said in you others post you have win98 then the upgrade version.

Is the upgrade version cheaper than oem?

Yes,the upgrade version is cheaper than the full version by about 100 dollars.

I've seen the upgrade in retail and OEM, the OEM is cheaper.
