I've been using it for a while now, I think it's pretty cool. I'm on team Trillian. Just wondering if anyone else has it.

What is TKC?
Tiny KeyCounter is a distributed statistics project. Users from all over the world count their keystrokes, mouse clicks, and scroll wheel usage, and then collect their statistics on a centralized server. Rankings, usage graphs, and other comparisons can be generated and viewed on the TKC web site. Members can even organize teams and compete against each other for the most keystrokes.

Thanks for the save zip.

Another similar program is the modometer (http://www.modometer.com/). When it is running, you get a popup once in a while telling you meaningless stats like how close to the moon you are and other crap like that. And every so often you get a link to a free screen save that probably nobody wants.

couldn't someone just put a book on thier keyboard and get tons of keystrokes?

Thats why its called KEY counter, not LETTER counter. ;) It counts the keys pressed, not the letters typed.
