Just installed CS 1.6 on my new system. Got only 60 fps with the specs in my signature, but it was 60 that didn't fluctuate, still weird to me. anyone else?

It should be in visual/graphics settings in the game, I dont have CS1.6 so I can't tell you exactly, just look around.
