Never used those tweak utilities. What key features do they have?

Xteq X-Setup 6.1 uses plugins to allow the utility to do pretty much everything you want.

And it's exceptionally easy to use. Setting it so it uses all available RAM before it uses a page file, will get you a speed boost. I also noticed a little increased in performance when I changed the I/O pages from 512 KB to 65536 KB.
