I have the herc profit 2 gts.
I replaced the HSF with the blorb,
I have the duel 60mm card cooler "60cfm"
I have the cyclone agp cooler under it sucking 32 cfm out the back of the case.

I don't have a thermal probe yet so I can't get any temp readings, but I'm able to push my card to 215/425 and game for hours. I've never had any lock ups.

Now I want to replace the original ramsinks with copper sinks. I'm not sure if this will help or not....
or just lap the ones on there now....

Several of us have tried various RAM sinks. The results have been sort of disappointing. I put wing fin sinks on my MX card that originally had no RAM sinks. At most it gave me a couple extra MHz overclocking the memory. Others have reported similar results. Not a lot to gain with RAM sinks, but most tweakers are happy with even a tiny bit of gain. Cooling the core is the big ticket item as you have found out. The majority of vid card makers use frag tape to attach the RAM sinks. Obviously, if you lap the sinks and reinstall with Arctic Silver epoxy or something similar, you are bound to help heat transfer somewhat. I totally agree those copper RAM sinks look very beautiful. But, it's unlikely that the sinks alone will make much of a difference. I'd be happy to see you prove me wrong though.

Thanks for the tips,
It looks like I'm going to lap my HS's and apply some artic silver epoxy.

Just to let you know, I applied arctic silver epoxy to both my ram heatsinks and the blorb on my Hercules GeForce 3, and didn't get anything extra out of it...you might want to mount a fan on the back of the card, though, it would probably make a bigger difference.
