Ok, recently I got a new cnet modem hopeing for some better speeds, also for it to work with linux. So far I have yet to try linuz, the speed though sucks. I look at errors and within 5 minutes I have atleast 10-15. I was wondering is there a setting like to make it more compatible that will make less errors occour? My old modem was a internal linmodem and I never saw any erros reported using it. This model is and extranal Cnet modem model# CN5614XR and after about 15-20 minutes of use I am forced to reconnect due to errors occuring so often. Also yes I have latest drivers.
