color adjustments on startup - DetXP and Powerstrip.

hi.
how do i manage to apply the Powerstrip color settings to my Direct3D applicattion?
im forced to use Powerstrip to get my vid card overclocked with DetXP but right when the game is started the colors go back to the defaults. is there any way for me to keep my custom settings without creating a profile for the game?

and - does anyone know if the startup tip can be disabled?
