if i am just browsing, or not running any intensive programs, should i run seti all of the time...or just when im away? for my rig (sig) how should i set it up? thanks

I run seti full time except when using heavy programs like Photoshop.
It hasn't caused me any problems (so far)

I turn it on/off manually when I need to

I run 24/7 even when playing games, running while surfing will be fine.

Ditto,, ive left the priority on low just to make sure there are no problems with larger programs.
