RadioShack has the SanDisk Cruzer Micro (http://www.radioshack.com/product.asp?catalog%5Fname=CTLG&category%5Fname=&product%5Fid=25%2D3266) for $39.99 with a $20 mail in rebate and a SanDisk (http://images.pricegrabber.com/rebates/23936-595.pdf) $10 mail in rebate.

The sandisk rebate is questionable.

They were out at my store and offered to ship it to me. I mentioned the 10 dollar Sandisk rebate and the guy tried to print it out for me and could not so he just gave me 10 off the price out the door. I then asked in the Anandtech hot deals thread (http://forums.anandtech.com/messageview.aspx?catid=40&threadid=1540293&enterthread=y) for a link to the Sandisk rebate which was provided for me. I am going to try to get it to to make the drive cost < 3 dollars. The only problem is that the Sandisk rebate has to be postmarked by the 15th and the drive might not get here in time.

Yes they are legit but Radio Shack made it so there stores can not print it out. So it is a YMMV type of thing now. They also removed the link for the rebate from their website. Like I said when the guy could not print mine he just took the 10 off my in store price. Which is a very YMMV thing. Be nice to those employees;)

The 15th of April, hopefully your drive will arive before then :p

I'm going to try to pick one up tomarrow. My current one is not USB 2.0 and only 128MB.

I've got a 512mb cruzer micro, it is indeed a nice device for the money. Sandisk is good about administering the rebates if you can get RS to give you the claim form.
