Peltier Wattage?

I saw this pelt rated at 12VDC at 3.7A, but how do you convert that information into watts? I've already forgotten all of my high school physics(sorry, Mr. Blankenship :D )

W(atts)=V(olts)*A(amps). Easy. At that voltage 44 watts. Is that the one we got at RS? At the voltage it wants, on the back of the package, it would be a 52 watter. Remember W=V*A!! Most useful thing I ever memorized.
