Sorry to ask this again but where and what programm do I need to save my win updates?

Hello I've just installed W2Kpro and I was wondering what programm allows me to save the updates so when I reformatt (in atleast 4months) I wont need to download the updates again (slow 56k conn.). I remmeber at some time reading a thread talking about this very programm but if I remmember right it was found at tweakfiles.com(M.I.A.) but I dont remmember where it was paybe in the old forums. Also if you've go a link to the said programm I would appreciate it.
