v3 3000 probs w/ CS & UT....help!

CS probs: The game says that my vcard does not support OpenGL when I try to play online.

UT probs: I get a missing dll error stating..."The dynamic link library glide2x.dll could not be found in the specified path C:\UnrealTournament\System; C:\UnrealTournament\System32...etc"

Does anyone know where I can get the dll? Or how to fix this problem? Any help would be greatly appreciated.

My system:
Win2k pro (OEM)
Asus A7M-266 mobo
512 DDR Ram
Amd 1.4

yes thats a simple problem.

the voodoo3 3000 doesnt have opengl support so there are 2 things you can do.

one not use opengl and use the directX

or two go to www.3dfx.com and get the update for card.

now sometimes like right now there downloads are down so you can search google till you find the right dl to upate your drivers for the voodoo3.

It look to me like you are using the driver that W2K installs for the Voodoo card. This driver is only for 2D. If you want Open GL and Glide support you will have to dl and install 3dfx drivers.

Thanks guys! You were right ken. I thought I did all that, but I found out I was using the wrong drivers. I found an excellent website for older voodoo cards with no broken links!
