alright, me and my friend joe ordered 2 sets of cathodes. both broke during shipping. so joe emailed cooler guys. they said the rma form was broken. so later he emailed them asking politely for a new set of cathodes. the guy immediately shipped them out, and not jus tthe lights, a whole new kit. and they arrived within 2 days, and then brand new cathodes in. definately A+ service.

shipping might be steep, but you definately get your moneys worth when round cables are less then 2 bucks a pop. they are real professional too.

I've found they ship UPS ground, all in one box, one modest shipping charge. On the whole I don't know of any better deal on shipping--or the parts they carry.
