Leave pump on overnight or no?

Just got my watercooling up and running today, and I was wondering, do I leave the pump on overnight so the water doesn't become stagnant and perhaps grow creepy crawlies ;) or just turn it off in case something blows open and showers my case?

Without a fan blowing on your radiator, your water temps will go up about 10C overnight from the pumps heat alone. Unplug it or better yet, put the pump on a relay so it starts when you start your computer.

my 2cents why not just leave it run? comp also i never shut mine down. But i do not have water cooling either

I don't have a radiator, relying solely on my Chiller, which is hooked up to the PSU, so temps will be the same. I'm gonna turn it off, for tonight. Thx for the replies
