I used the comp, suddenly I here a like somesort of crunch sound and a long endless beep. I thought that my CPU is dead! I turned my comp right off... But then when I removed the HS I discovered that its clip has broken to two. I replaced the HS w/ another one so it works.

I had the comp running at 1330MHz (140x9.5) so I paniced now I'm pretty much happy it wasn't the CPU...

I already contacted the store where I bought the HS and they'll replace it. :p

*Edit* I saw there a HS w/ a copper base and aluminum fins... Should I take the HS w/ copper base or just plain aluminum?

Get some good copper cooler if possible, perhaps sk6 or the CK38 or the new Alpha 8045 which is not all Copper but has an excellent design and outperforms everything on the market with a good 80mm fan
