Added second SATA drive and wont show up

Ok I have a 80 gig WD on SATA Primary 1 and a 60 gig ATA133 Secondary 1 in the computer. I just installed a Samsung 120 gig SATA into the Slave 1 slot and it wont show up. Its in the device manager and it shows its working properly but its not showing in my computer. Is there something im missing???

You need to initialize the disk. Right-click My Computer, select manage. Then click Disk Management and format the new drive.
