9800Xt, what 's Error? Help me ...

my 9800xt run at default, when I run 3Dmark03 is good, but it have an error at 3dmark05 at second game test :

The D3DERR_DEVICELOST message appears to be given by DirectX when it looses access to your video card. The only article that I managed to mention anything about how this could occur said that using Alt+Tab while running the app can cause it. I'd imagine that it could also be caused if a program that is running suddently attempts to grab focus in Windows (say an IM window appears). If that isn't/wasn't the case (and attempting to re-run 3DMark dosen't help), you may wish to try reinstalling 3DMark or your drivers since I can't find out much else about this error.

Thank, first I remove the old driver then i setup newest one and I see it better but the other problem happen that I can not use Atitool V0.23 Fo OC my card. When I try to raise my card coremem to 370 the screen it crask I saw the default that this card can up to 412-731 what happen to my card ?
