I have a cDO 933 running at 1.12Gig. It's running Folding @ Home 24/7 and I'm using a Heatsink/Fan from an AMD Duron. Check out the CPU Database (http://overclockers.cssftware.com/cpudb/index.cfm) on the main page. There are a lot of good entries for the 1Gig PIII. The average OC'd speed is 1173MHz.

I'm fairly sure there were no P-III 1 gig slot 1 produced with the cD0 stepping. My guess is your CPU is a cC0 processor, so I wouldn't expect it to do much over 1.1 gig unless it's an exceptional CPU. I'm not familar with that motherboard, but if it has adjustable FSB and voltage settings, it'll probably be ok. Remember, overclocking produces lots of heat. Plan on doing the cooling mods prior to pushing it. Heat is a computer's enemy.

no slot one cdo's but intel did just release a bunch of new slot one chips. there is a slot one 800e cdo now.
