I want to stick an old PII 350 HS on my Herc gts, how much paste should I use to hold it on? I know theres a problem with it conducting if it touches anything on the card. but I don't want the HS to fall off.

Arctic Silver has been designed not to conduct electricity, otherwise not even these insane water coolers would use it =))).

Provided your heat sink aint too heavy (if its from a 350 it probably won't be) then just whack a bit on as per the instructions at their website.

are you Artic silver I or II, I don't know about silver I but I think sliver II is not electric conductive, the amount of paste is like paper thin and apply it so it barely cover the color of the die

AS II is not an adhesive, so it wouldn't really be useful unless you strapped the HS on with a couple of rubber bands =). Check the arctic silver webby (http://www.arcticsilver.com) to see about AS I

Before I do that I'm trying to find a way to hook up a delta 38 on it,
then maybe I can push my gts mem close to 500:)

I just cut up one of my old HS's for ram chips.

I believe in being extream in everything,
"if your not over doing it.....then theres room for improvement!!!"
