Questioning P3DRE???

I have a Super Micro P3 DRE, and was wondering if I could put anything higher than 1ghz prosessors? I have one 1ghz PIII, but was wondering if the board could do anything else. Any help would be apreciated highly.

P3's only go upt0 1GHz....
theh came the Coppermine-T's....
But you need a motherboard that supports this NEW P3 cpu to use it. Your best bet would be to look for a BIOS update and check if thier is one that Supports the new CPU's

jay is wrong intel just released a p3 1100e processor.

its cdo strepping and its a 100 fsb processor. never actually seen one though

But that is a flip chip 1100e.........good luck getting a slot1 Super Micro board working with an cpu adapter.........
