problems with network adapter - BIOS??

hi. ive been getting a lot problems loading some websites and now im wondering about the BIOS settings - after have already tested almost everything: could anything there corrupt my network adapter's work? some PCI configurations?! now i have byte merge enabled and PCI to DRAM prefetch too but when both were disabled i still got the same problems. please.. please any help is most welcome on this. the problems i refered r about pages which can never be loaded using the browser, eg: www.nameplanet.com and globo.com.

It's not totally impossible. If you have the network card sharing IRQ's with let's say your mouse if you use your mouse while loading a page, it could cause problems. I would see if you are sharing any IRQ's with your NIC and any other devices.

yes. its sharing IRQ 10 with my video card. even so, could that cause only some websites not to open?
