can someone tel me the differance in these G.Skill modules?

the price differance is 10 bux... but wats the real differance?

the last code of the 229.99 one is LA
the last code of the 239.99 one is LC

thats the only differance i could find.. is there any differance in speeds withthis? anyone know if one overclocks better or is known to?
