If you can get hold of a copy of Super ERD Commander you can boot off the CD and reset the admin password.

You can also go into safemode as the Admin and change it that way:)

Yhea just boot into safe mode and a new account called admin will show up. Change it from there. Or from there dreate a psw recovery disk.

With the welcome screen showing do this:
1. Hit these three keys at the same time: Ctrl Alt Delete
2. Wait for the "Log on to Windows" dialog box
3. For User Name enter Administrator
4. Leave Password entry field blank
5. Select OK to log in
6. In the Control Panel select User Accounts
7. Enter a new password for the user you want changed

By psw I mean password. As for getting into safe mode just restart your pc and hit f8 then chose safemode with networking. From there just change the password from start\control panel\user accounts

Try going into safe mode and making a new account then log into that account in normal mode and run this program link (http://corky.net/2600/computers/windows-password-file.shtml) Looksl ike you should be able to find a password with it.

thank you guys. I knew already about those last 2 links. There is problem with the last one. There is a bugg.It wont fit the floppy and wont finish to burn with ISO.I wasted a couple of CD's.
I found my best opportunity here. Winternals Commander V2003 or 2005 if you can put your hands on it.This program is the top...I strongly recommand it...

Also you could just burn a copy of Ultimate boot cd OR UBCD4WIN

You can reset or delete passwords with UBCD.

just know that you can not get back into my documnets if they where encrypted. if you change the password or delete password when not inside winxp

Good call, UBCD is definately worth burning to CD. Not only does it have the Nt offline password resetter, it's got just about evey diag tool you'll ever need, and then some.
