I can't install 3D-mark 05

I run the installation program, and I click "Next" all the way until the program starts to install, but then it closes. All that was "installed" was the folder \futuremark\3dmark05.

ANybody else had this problem?

I have a newly built system (3000+, DFI Ultra-D, 1gb G.Skill, 550W Truecontrol) and a clean install of windows.

I'd try downloading it again. Perhaps your copy is corrupted

i have a different prob...it installs fine but when i run it i get anb error saying somthing like "Error couldnt draw direct 3d somthing"
ohh well i guess il use 03...

No I tried downloading one off the site and one off torrents. Both have same problem.

well i guess you could always reformat and try again...have you installed drivers? maybe they have a problem with it?

what drivers? the forceware drivers? yes
