Best FM Transmitter for MP3 Player?

Hey guys I was wondering what I should get for the FM Transmitter I'm gonna buy soon to transmit music from my mp3 player to the car fm radio

things I'm looking for

1) to work with iriver H320
2) reasonably priced (if possible, find a good deal on it?)
3) compact size (optional, but still good)
4) good interface (easy to use)

also i got a question, do those cassette tape adapters work just as well? cause then that would make this easier, I don't wanna spend much money

Would you want one to just plug into the headphone-tpe jack? If so, I'm thinking about getting something similar, but I haven't done any looking yet.

yeah something like that, I just don't know what products that are out there

with my experience, the FM transmitters suck. a lot. tape adapters are much much easier to use, require no batteries, and have no interference.
