i'd just like to chime in with something useless, i purchased a 15" benq FP557s from dumpinggoods two whole years ago, refurbished, for $150. yep, a 16ms response time lcd for $150 two years ago. arrived without a single dead pixel or abberation.

not saying this screen will do any good, but i definitely had a good experience with this place.
