First off please dont kill me for using aol, its better for me to use my parents account then buy my own ISP.

Heres the story, I installed AOL 6.0 for win 2000. If I send instant messages I get kicked off for rate limits if I send about 3 in a minute. I now installed the the older aol5 for NT version and it works perfectly. I would really like to use aol 6 but it will keep booting me. Not even any point to ask aol tech, they dont know what the heck they're doing.

Anyone ever have this problem with aol for win2k? The only fix I can think is to burn every aol cd I have and wait for cable access.

Hmm... may I ask for a link. I'm not sure if it'll be better to use 5 or 6. I wish they had aol 4 for nt. That would be great.
