How do I get HSF readings? I'm running with a GlobalWin, and no one of my hardware monitoring software can pick up the speed my fan is running at. Doesn't GlobalWin have this feature, or am I doing something wrong?

You have to have the fan plugged into the motherboard which is not recomended because the Delta fan actually sucks out 3.84W of power and its current is rated at 0.32 so it is better to have this fan plugged into one of the large Molex connectors from your poer supply.
I wouldn't worry about it RPM rate because mine spins at 7441RPM (I did plug it into the motherboard just to see) but it can fry the connectors on the fan header so it isn't recomended.
As long as your cpu isn't getting too hot like over 50C full load I wouldn't worry about it.
I have my Global Wins fan running on 7V and it is still perfect! Its full load temp is 44C which is fine! On twelve volt it was like 40C!
Don't worry about the RPM rate it ain't worth the hassle!

ok, thx :) I know my temps are good (41C full load)... it would only be a little cool to have the RPM! ;)
