Do different proteins take more / less time to fold?
The reason I ask is because my P166 (running 24/7) seemed to be able to complete a fold the other day, but the current one says it can't make it.
Also, is it possible to restrict the type of proteins to only basic ones that I can complete (if there are actually variations in time to fold).
There is nothing running on the computer except WinFax to answer the phone.
Here is some text from a previous thread where someone suggested I OC the P166. I am not sure I can do it. If you have suggestions on that please feel free..
Thanks.

OK. Got the book out for the Mobo and it looks like I am stuck. It has 4 jumpers total:
2 for Clock and 2 for Freq.
But, it looks like the clock is from 50 - 66 and the freq is from 1.5 to 2.5.
Could that be the case? The mobo is obviously old, so maybe it does not offer higher speeds.
Any other ways to OC this thing?
Thanks.
