I was searching and searching and couldn't find any G-Skill 1GB(512*2) LE's to buy. The only ones that are available are the 512MB(256*2) ones, but I'm not sure if I could get same overclock with these as I could with 1GB version. The reason I'm getting this RAM is because I will also be getting Venice down the road and I wanted to push 3GHz and I'm not sure that I will be able to do it with my current memory.
If anyone knows where I could get 1GB LE's please let me know or you can PM me.

The 2*256 set usually can clock higher than 2*512 set. You will have less memory bandwidth though--how much I'm not sure. Somebody else that has tried both sets can probably answer your question better.

Are the 2-2-2-5 LA's (are they better overclocker than LE) any good and how good of overclockers are the other G-Skill's.

This depends...

The LA 2x256's are 1T rated and have been known to run at 720+ DDR at 1T...

The LA 2x512 are 2T rated and usally only get to around 630 DDR at 1T

The LE 2x512's are the best 1G kits with the lower timings...but the LE and LC's tend to OC to around the same with the same timings...620 - 630 DDR/1T
