Overclocking in Windows Xp Corp Edition?

I heard that there is some trouble when overclocking the muiltiplyer or FSB in win xp. Since the system is changing the speed mhz the software dosnt like it .
What are your experiences?

welp my experiances are good, i am running winXP pro final and i am overclocking my P4 1.7 to 2ghz and my video card to 280/504 with no problems whatsoever :)
