Dont want to use paypal's primier service, but didnt specify in post what todo?

I've sold an item on ebay and I noted accepted forms of payment via paypal, the winning bidder is from France and he sent me money from a cc paypal account. I did not specify to not use non cc accounts so I can accept and upgrade. But the bidder seems to be in compliance and is asking for another form of payment. How can I send this out really fast and make sure and get the money? What is the name of that service, which will deliever the product, but before they deliever they will take the money for the item? Or would it cost too much for France from Utah? Or maybe there is another form of service that I could use, I just really dont want him to have to wait.

You mean you want some sort of COD or Cash on delivery service?

I don't know if they offer that internationally. I know there's that kind of service if you keep it in the US or Canada.
