1. How much water does one put on the sandpaper when lapping

2. How does one build an inline or in resevoir water chiller? And do they work well?

only use water on the last step of lapping, make sure you have a sandpaper ment for it, and just get the paper wet.

Alternatively, you could use ASII on the final lap instead of water.

For chillers...you can do them either way you want. The only difference between inline and res is that there is more water in a system with a res, and the pump is probably submerged in a res system.
