It's not one of the better ones, but this link says 1,300 is doable.

But, IMO, these guys exaggerate quite a bit though. Some of the speeds they list here appear to be the highest they can get a CPU to post at while sitting in a freezer. I'd back off 50 to 100 MHz from their figures to be realistic for the CPU in a normal case actually running programs under an operating system.
