I have been running Windows ME on my PC without any problems for almost a year. Recently, I switched to Windows 2000. After that I started getting frequent Blue Screens and crashes. I switched back to Windows ME, no problems. A couple of days ago, I installed Windows XP and the same problems started again. I just switched back to Windows ME and everything is back to normal. I am confused. What is going on? Please help

Do you have correct drivers installed?
Does Windows NT (2k, XP) support you hardware fully?
Do you get BSOD when not overclocked?
What are you doing when you get a BSOD?

It certainly sounds like a hardware or driver problem. Did you run the hardware compatibilty prog from 2000?
