whats the difference in buying barebone pc to buying them individually parts by parts, barebones are not refurbished right? what are the pros and cons. thanks

customization of parts. Barebones can sometimes be cheaper but that is usually the result of the barebones having lesser quality components included (cheaper generic cases, power supplies, low end motherboards, etc).

It really depends on the barebones configuration.
