can i hurt my cpu by lowering the voltage on my t-bird 1.2 it normally runs at 1.75 now it is running at 1.675

No, you can't really hurt the CPU by lowering the voltage. It will only make it unstable if you go too low.

I throttled my Vcore all the way back to 1.50. It works GREAT! :) Lower cooling overhead as well.
