whast wrong with this card? will a new fan fix it?

hello it says its a 6800 ultra le and cant make ths stock 400 mhz core.............will a new cooling system fix it it is 16 pipes? 256 mg ram?

What kind of PSU are you using? Are BOTH molex connecters from seperate rails pluged in?

um i dont own it i want to buy it but id like to know whats wrong with the limited edition 6800 ultra's?

is it an evga 6800 limited edition? if so it needs a bios flash or it might not make ultra speeds
